These terms govern your use of SET Solver (the "app"), published by Clovis PACCOU. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. What the app does

SET Solver analyzes a photo of a SET card game board — either taken with your camera (Live Scan) or uploaded (Scan a Photo) — and identifies valid Sets on it. It is provided as a free helper tool for playing the SET card game and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the publisher of SET.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the app only to submit photos of SET card game boards, and not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have the right to share;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its infrastructure;
• Use the app in a way that could harm other users.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to any photo you submit. As described in our Privacy Policy, images are used solely to generate the analysis result and are not retained afterwards. By submitting a photo, you confirm you have the right to do so.

4. No warranty

The app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Card detection and Set-finding results are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate (e.g. due to lighting, image quality, or misread cards) — always double-check results yourself.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Clovis PACCOU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

6. Availability and changes

The app is provided free of charge and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
